Claudia Yances is a project manager with over a decade on the tools and a firm rooted in more than fifteen years of combined design and construction expertise across South Florida. She founded CY Design Builders on a simple idea: the best spaces come from someone who can also design it.
That dual lens means every renovation, custom build and commercial build-out is handled with a formal design eye and a hands-on-the-jobsite understanding of permits, structure and sequencing.
